Insurance

Currently, accepted insurances include:

BCBS traditional, PPOM, Aetna, Medicare, Tricare, most commercial insurance.
In general, any PPO might work as an out-of-network benefit.

Please note that BCBS PPO has "disaffiliated" us, so we are not in-network since March 20, 2008. You can follow these links to find other providers in the TRUST PPO (Blue Preferred, Community Blue).

The HMO that replaced MCare HMO is essentially Blue Care Network (BCN) with coverage for UM hospital services. It may share BCN's requirement for lab tests only being covered if ordered by an in-panel physician (which doesn’t include us).

We are not on the panel of any HMO, so they will not cover visits here. However, you could think of HMOs as low-cost basic coverage and use the savings from not buying a more comprehensive plan to pay for whatever kind of care you want.

Contact your insurer to ensure coverage as we cannot promise what the whims of insurers will dictate.

Cash, checks and credit cards are an option, as well.

We expect payment at the time services are rendered for non-covered expenses.

Billing will no longer be done through MMMM in Mason, MI after October 2008. So, if you get a bill from me and the postmark is in Mason, it is from my billing company. There should be a phone number on the bill if you need to contact them.
The rest of the billing is being done by us, but we’re new at it so please bear with us as we get better at it.
